GBS PRIVATE LTDA is domiciled in Brazil and concentrates its commercial activity in Europe and the United States. The operating model is the same in both markets; what varies is the applicable law, the operators involved and the documentary requirements of each location.
Europe
In the European market the company intermediates orders originated on platforms and performed by players and warehouses located on the continent. The activity comprises validation of order data, routing to the supplier and the logistics operator, monitoring of dispatch and final reconciliation with the originating platform.
Operations observe the personal data protection law applicable to processing carried out in European territory, including the principles of purpose limitation, minimisation and storage limitation. The documentary requirements for each operation are defined by contract with the counterparty and verified before the order is processed.

United States
In the North American market the company applies the same intermediation model: receipt of the order from the platform, validation, routing to the player and the warehouse, monitoring of execution and reconciliation. Internal controls for counterparty identification and documentary recording are identical to those adopted elsewhere.
Operations observe applicable trading restrictions, including sanctions lists and commercial prohibitions, verified upon admission of the counterparty and reviewed periodically, as described on the Governance and compliance page.

Brazil
Brazil is the jurisdiction of incorporation and of the registered office. Management, accounting and corporate records and the company's tax documents are domiciled in the city of São Paulo. The commercial activity described above is conducted from that office.
